Our Google Business Profile Reinstatement Audit
We Review Your Profile and Prepare the Recovery Plan
Our specialists check your restriction notice, profile details, business eligibility, and previous appeal activity. We compare the listing with your actual operation and the supporting records available for your case.
You receive the findings, recommended corrections, evidence requirements, and a proposed scope. We explain any eligibility or access issue that needs attention before accepting the recovery work.
A suspension audit focuses on the reinstatement case. Our Google Business Profile optimization service covers the wider work on an active listing, including services, photos, customer contact paths, and ongoing updates.
Our Recovery Services
We Prepare Your Case for Reinstatement
Our Google Business Profile recovery services bring the audit, approved corrections, supporting evidence, and appeal work into an agreed scope. We can review a first suspension or assess the next available step after a denied appeal.
Our Reinstatement Process
From Your Review to the Appeal Outcome
We agree the work and responsibilities before submission. You retain ownership of your profile and receive updates on the case.
Review Your Case
Share your listing details, the restriction notice, and any previous appeal response. We assess the scope and access required.
Approve the Work
Agree the findings, corrections, evidence, fees, and responsibilities in the proposal before work starts.
Prepare and Submit
We complete the agreed preparation and coordinate the appeal with you, keeping a record of the submission.
Review the Outcome
We communicate the decision and any available follow-up included in your scope, then confirm the handover.
Our appeal work follows Google’s reinstatement process. Google reviews the case and makes the final decision.
Our Recovery Experience
Business Profiles We Have Helped Recover
Our team has helped businesses recover suspended Google Business Profiles. We assess each new engagement around the restriction, the business’s eligibility, and the evidence available.
Before: Profile Disabled
Google’s notice confirming the Business Profile was disabled. Identifying details are redacted.
Our team handled the reinstatement process for a suspended Google Business Profile. We responded to Google’s review requirements and submitted the requested business documentation to verify that the business was legitimate and operating.
After: Approved Appeal and Confirmed Reinstatement
Google’s notice approving the reinstatement appeal. Identifying details are redacted.
Google reviewed the supporting documentation and approved the appeal. The Business Profile was subsequently reinstated and confirmed live on Google.
Business and customer names are withheld for privacy. This example describes one completed case; Google decides each reinstatement request.
Our Service Fees
Agree the Work and Cost Before You Proceed
Our proposal identifies the covered profile, included work, owner responsibilities, and fees. The scope depends on your restriction and previous appeal activity.
Standalone Audit
Our suspension audit provides the findings, recommended corrections, and evidence requirements. You can request this review separately before deciding whether to engage us for the recovery work.
The quote states the audit deliverable and fee. A separately purchased, delivered audit is outside the proposed recovery-fee guarantee.
Recovery Engagement
Our Google Maps listing recovery work can include approved corrections, evidence preparation, appeal support, and agreed follow-up. The proposal identifies what is included and any separate work.
Ongoing optimization, website changes, and additional locations are priced separately unless included in your agreement.
Google Business Profile and Google’s appeal process are available at no charge. Our fee covers the professional work in your agreement. We are an independent service provider; you can review Google’s guidance on working with a third party before engaging us.
Proposed Guarantee Terms
Our Recovery Fee Guarantee for Review
Draft terms for review: The refund conditions below are proposed and require approval before this page is published. They have not been adopted for customer agreements.
Full Recovery Fee Refund
The proposed guarantee covers the full recovery service fee, including tax and any audit, correction, evidence, or appeal work bundled into that package.
A refund would apply if the agreed appeal and eligible follow-up end unsuccessfully, or the profile remains unrecovered 90 calendar days after the first complete appeal submission. Google review delays count toward that period.
A Clearly Identified Case
The proposal would identify the covered profile, restriction, work, and fee before payment. Recovery means Google confirms reinstatement and the same profile is publicly accessible again on Search or Maps.
The proposed guarantee would cover our fee for that case. Google decides reinstatement; the terms do not promise a search position, traffic level, review count, or protection from unrelated future suspensions.
Customer Responsibilities
The proposed conditions require genuine documents, accurate information, authorized access, and cooperation with the agreed corrections. A documented issue that materially prevents the work would need to be explained, with time to remedy it where possible.
You retain ownership. A separately purchased, delivered audit and other independently agreed services would be outside this recovery guarantee.
Submission and Refund Timing
The proposed terms would allow cancellation and a full recovery-fee refund if we cannot submit within 10 business days after the agreed documents, access, and approvals are ready.
Eligible refunds would be issued within 10 business days, without an administration or processing-fee deduction. Bank posting times may be additional.
After Reinstatement
We Check the Restored Profile and Hand Over the Work
Our agreed handover can include a check of public visibility, owner access, and the corrected details. We document the outcome and explain any separate issue that still needs attention.
Where included in your scope, our specialists review the profile name, photos, logos, and customer reviews for potential policy issues. We can report reviews that appear to violate Google’s policies; Google decides whether to remove them. We do not seek removal of genuine reviews simply because they are negative.
For ongoing updates and customer contact paths, our Business Profile optimization team can scope the next stage. Our local SEO services cover wider website and local search work when required.
Keep Ownership and Access Clear
We work with your authorization and the permissions needed for the engagement. Our team does not need your Google password, and the handover records the access arrangements.
Work With Our Team Remotely
Based in St. Catharines, we support businesses across Niagara, the Greater Toronto Area, elsewhere in Canada, and internationally where Business Profiles are supported. Your quote confirms the profile and the work we can provide.
Your Recovery Questions
Google Business Profile Recovery Services FAQs
These answers cover our review, appeal support, access requirements, and proposed refund terms.
Can you help recover my suspended Google Maps listing?
Yes. Our specialists review the restriction, the business details, and any previous appeal before proposing the recovery work. Google Maps suspension help may include an audit, approved corrections, evidence preparation, and appeal support. Google makes the reinstatement decision.
What does your Google Business Profile reinstatement audit include?
We review the notice, profile information, business eligibility, owner access, available records, and appeal history. Our findings identify the recommended corrections and evidence requirements. The quote explains the audit deliverable and any separately scoped recovery work.
Can I hire your team just to review my suspension?
Yes. You can request a standalone audit before engaging us for the appeal work. Our team explains what we can assess with the information and access available, then quotes the review.
Can you help after Google denies a reinstatement appeal?
Our specialists can assess the previous appeal, decision, and new supporting information. Where an additional review route is available, we can scope that work and explain the evidence to be included. A denied appeal does not mean another submission is always available.
What documents will our business need?
We confirm the evidence relevant to your case. This may include genuine registration, licensing, or utility records that match the business details. Our team reviews the material before submission and explains any gaps.
How long does Google Business Profile reinstatement take?
Our proposal explains the preparation work and what we need from you. Google’s review time can vary, so we do not promise an approval date. We communicate the submission record, responses, and any agreed follow-up. The proposed 90-day refund cutoff is a service-fee condition for review, not Google’s processing time.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee for recovery?
We are preparing a guarantee for accepted recovery cases. The proposed terms cover the full recovery fee if the agreed appeal process ends unsuccessfully or the profile remains unrecovered after 90 calendar days from the complete submission, subject to the disclosed conditions. These terms require approval before use in customer agreements.
How much do your Google Business Profile recovery services cost?
We quote the work after reviewing the restriction, access, supporting information, and previous appeals. Your proposal identifies the audit or recovery engagement, included follow-up, fees, and any separate services. See our service-fee section for the available scopes.
Will we keep ownership, and do you need our Google password?
You retain ownership of your profile. We agree the authorized permissions required for the work and explain any step the owner must complete. Our specialists do not need your Google password.
Should we create a new listing while the appeal is pending?
Google advises against creating a new profile for the same business during an appeal. We review the existing listing and explain the appropriate route for the case. A replacement listing is not treated as reinstatement of the original profile.
Do you audit a listing before trying to restore it?
Yes. Our listing restoration audit establishes the restriction, relevant business information, corrections, and supporting evidence before we propose an appeal. If you also need an active listing reviewed for visibility and customer contact paths, we can scope our separate profile optimization service.
Can you work with businesses outside Niagara or Ontario?
Yes. Our team works remotely with eligible businesses elsewhere in Canada and internationally where Google Business Profiles are supported. We confirm your location, profile requirements, and the work we can provide before accepting the engagement.
